JESPER JACK
Jesper Jack is a multi-award winning Copenhagen-based producer with a director background and international expertise in documentary development and production with a certificate from EAVE and Screen Leaders. He is also a lecturer at international events and leading educational institutions like NYU Tisch.
With a background of holding high profile positions in public and private institutions that bridges commercial and artistic work as commissioning editor, format developer, network developer of new TV channels and independent producer of numerous international feature documentaries, he is known for smart and funny story telling that connects the micro to the macro and, for strong intuition in talent development and for his limitless curiosity in the ever-changing world around him and as a commentator of current affairs and cultural trends.

Anna J Ljungmark
Anna Ljungmark is one of Scandinavia's most progressive producers and has a special focus on artistic and innovative storytelling. She has previously founded pioneering arenas such as BoostHbg and SWIM, Scandinavian World of Innovative Media.
Anna has been a part of the film industry since 1994, mainly working as a producer and consultant, but also as a commissioning editor. At HoR she is the head of new media operations, but also a person that doesn ́t want to be labeled by format. A passionate navigator of tailor made processes who doesn’t trust formulas, but works on intuition, structure and analysis on needs, which she then playfully builds on.
With clients such as The Swedish Film Institute, artist duo Lundahl & Seitl and BritDoc, Anna is found at the Copenhagen office as well as at House of Real Sweden, based in Malmoe.

Ida Dolmer did not become the wonderful production manager we know her to be by coincidence.
She studied her Bachelor of Art in Design Culture and Economics at The University of Southern Denmark. This let her to go into the field of marketing and branding, where she worked for a brand bureau as a coordinator while doing film projects on the side. Ida left branding to take on the film industry full time and has been working as a coordinator for DR.
Besides Ida’s little career change, she has fallen in love with the film industry and now tends to use all of her spare time producing short films with sister Katrine Dolmer. Together they recently started their own fiction production company Creative K.I.D. and we truly hope they also sleep sometimes.
Ida joined the team at House of Real in October 2020.

Marie Olesen
Marie Olesen is part time producing at House of Real when she is not tending her two other companis: Northern Souls and Autonomi. Marie is an award-winning Film & TV producer and factual journalist who prior to joining us worked at New Danish Screen, the Danish Film Institute's talent development scheme, as a commissioning editor from 2012-2017.
before that, she lived in Scotland where she was Head of Development with Northlight Productions before setting up Glasgow-based production company Autonomi Ltd with two business partners in 2002.
She has filmed across the world and produced drama, current affairs and documentaries for both international and Scottish audiences. Marie is also co-founding director of training & mentoring outfit Diversity Films CIC, and has nurtured 50+ films into being with over 300 people.

Emilia Moth
Emilia Moth graduated from Copenhagen University in 2018 with a masters degree in film and media analysis. In her final thesis Emilia wrote about the representation of the femme fatale character in modern cinema.
Prior to this Emilia studied film, media and cultural anthropology at University of New South Wales in Sydney, Australia.
While finishing her Masters she worked as a producer assistant at the production company Danish Documentary. In April 2019 Emilia left Danish Documentary and has since been focusing on her own film projects including a web series that was recently screened at arthouse Charlottenburg, a short film and a feature documentary.
When Emilia isn’t working with film production she spends her time writing, and is currently a student at the Danish publishing house Gladiator’s one-year creative writing school.
Emilia is currently on a longish leave as she’s studying production at The National Danish Film School. Yay!

Lucas Buur Petersen
Lucas has been working at DR for many years as a supervisor in DR Koncerthuset, where he has collaborated closely with the concert bookers, event organizers etc. On the side he is producing the Local podcast “profetiens hotel" with actor Sammy Germain Wadi which focuses on, what they mean, are Denmarks most interesting people.
With a great love for film and documentaries, and a burning sensation of making beautiful stories come to life, Lucas joined House of Real.
